Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for the further development and future leadership of the CSM area.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers
- Advising customers on how to use our solutions effectively
- Shaping customer relationships as part of the technical service team
- Establishing and optimizing processes and tools for effective customer communication
- Processing customer feedback and supporting the further development of our solutions
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in active customer outreach and communication in Sales, CSM, or other relevant areas
- Social skills, enjoys dealing and working with customers and colleagues
- Basic technical understanding and affinity for software/Internet
- Self-confidence, commitment and enthusiasm
- Business fluent in German and fluent in written and spoken English

Senior Django Developer (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Senior Django Developer who works with us on our application as a Lead Developer and Architect.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full software lifecycle from design, development and testing all the way through demonstration, training, and production go-live
- Design and implement Python code using the Django framework
- Write REST APIs for communication with external apps
- Enhance the test coverage of all features
- Manage the security of the platform
- Collaborate with Frontend Developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Collaborate with DevOps Engineers to improve our architecture and build secure and efficient software.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Django Developer
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages (Python and Django)
- Advanced Expert PostgreSQL Database/Architect knowledge
- Solid experience with software development tools and practices, including version control, automated testing, build systems, code review, DevOps & CI/CD, and performance optimizatios
- Experience in working with Amazon Lambda Functions
- Comfortable with agile development and remote teamwork
- Very good English communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Knowledge of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns, databases, operating systems, and debugging

Senior Python Developer (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with experience in Python, Django And Web-applications to take up a leadership role in our growing Startup.

Responsibilities: 
- Design and implement Components/Modules for data extraction, storage, and manipulation
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
- Develop integrations with third-party applications(APIs)
- Develop and maintain data export formats for third party applications
- Apply agile software development and test-driven development methods to software development activities
- Mentor junior developers' technical product understanding and provide coaching to meet internal coding best practices
- Support the test-driven development of the software stack (e.g. code reviews, unit tests, CI) and documentation
- Configure and maintain software/system deployment scripts
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer (Python Developer), including deploying and maintaining code in a production environment
- Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, Bottle)
- Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure (Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure) and REST API
- Experience with Natural Language Processing and Information Extraction
- Experience working with large unstructured text data sets and preparing them for analysis
- Experience with big data tools (Elastic Search, Kafka, Hadoop etc.)
- Experience in writing microservices and knowledge of asyncio and aiohttp will be a plus
- Fluent English. German is a plus, but not necessary

DevOps Engineer (Azure, Amazon Lambda, Github Actions) (m/f/d)
We are looking for a DevOps engineer who could work with us on our infrastructure maintenance. We use various technologies such as Azure App Services Plans and App Services including Docker Containers, Azure PostgreSQL Service and Amazon Lambda Functions as well as GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities:
- Configuration current and new servers in the future
- Configuration and set up of deployment pipelines
- Monitor metrics on servers
- Input on planning future architectures
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python and Django)
- Deploying and configuring to Azure App Services
- Working with Amazon Lambda Functions
- Working with Github Actions
- Excellent knowledge of Docker Containers
- Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and agile principles
- Good English communication skills
